Our History

We are 2 best friends who love Jesus Christ and working out. We began posting our fitness progress on Instagram and soon had the idea of something big. We decided to start a Christian fitness clothing brand that everyone could where comfortably while working out.

Our Philosophy

At Enlightened Lifting , we believe that the world needs to know Jesus. We decided a great way for people to grow in their faith would be to understand his love and discipline through working out.

Our Goal
